From the time I walked in the door, I was greeted by friendly people! Everyone was exceptionally nice and eager to help. Extremely professional with a lot of kindness and patience. Dr Meltzer is also very nice and easy to talk to. He is genuinely concerned about getting to the bottom of your issues and determining what line of treatment or therapy is needed, if any at all. If you need care beyond a regular eye exam (which they also do) then I would highly recommend you to see Dr. Meltzer and his wonderful team!

After having a terrible experience with my second pair of Neurolens lenses from a provider I had been with for 4 years, finding Eye Vision was such a relief. My original Neurolens worked great, but the upgraded pair caused immediate dizziness and adverse effects. I was repeatedly told my eyes “needed time to adjust” and made to feel like I was crazy. After hours dealing with the office, I was eventually proven right — the company had changed labs and something was clearly off. The wrong computer lens was ordered.

After 3 failed attempts I requested a refund and was informed that I can no longer be serviced there, I started looking elsewhere. I went to multiple providers in Suffolk County, and most dismissed my concerns. Cortney Mancusi at Eye Vision was the ONLY person who truly listened, understood exactly what I was describing, and validated my experience. Before ordering, she inquired and made certain my concerns were addressed including me in the decisions.

She got me a new pair of Neurolens lenses that work perfectly, and I’m beyond happy. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and compassionate. Eye Vision is absolutely my new go-to. Highly recommend!

This has been my vision care of choice for a few years now. Everyone from the Receptionist to the folks who assist with your frame and lens choices are wonderful. I had an appointment today with Dr. Protosow for my son and I. The exam was very through and she answered my questions regarding seasonal eye dryness. My son picked out a stylist pair of frames.

Such an incredible office, from reception to the eye doctors. I had an emergency and was a new patient, I called an hour before closing and they had me come right in. The compassion and knowledge that is given here is what makes eye vision assoc. stand out. I went in so uncomfortable and nervous, and the moment I sat down with Dr Rossi I felt so much better. She is so personable and informative, and did everything she could to resolve my issue. So thank you to Dr Rossi and the staff, Im beyond happy to have found this office.

Excellent experience. Definitely will return for eye exam and eyeglasses. Dr. Rossi is an excellent doctor, providing thorough exams.
Courtney was excellent and patient as Mt husband and myself picked out our glasses to purchase.
Arianna, who did the prior testing, is very knowledgeable, kind, and upbeat.
The ladies at check-in ans check our are also very receptive, helpful patient and kind.
The visit was scheduled at a specific time and we did nor spend any additional time waiting.
Overall I Rte them with 5 stars.

We saw Dr. Brad today and he was so unbelievably kind, thorough and patient. We weren't sure what to expect from our visit, but he explained every test every step of the way. I love that he was not quick to diagnose and wants to see my daughter a few more times to get an official plan in place. I loved that he spoke directly to her and did everything to make her feel comfortable and important, and not just to me. I'm very much looking forward to coming back and seeing him again as well as my daughter is too.
