I think the before, and after photos of my dog speak for themselves. However, if I have to say it, the service was amazing! Irene was amazing , quick ( considering everything that was needed), and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back in the future.

This was the first time using an in home groomer and k couldn’t be more satisfied. An amazing experience for my pet and family. Rowan was really great groomer and knew what she was doing. My dog can be a handful and it was great over all. She looks fantastic. Would 100% use again.

We appreciate Oksana and how well she grooms our dogs. She always changes the blades on her electric trimmer so the blades dont overheat and hurt my dogs. When she washes our dogs she always uses a comfortable temperature. The water is never too hot on our dogs skin. Oksana has a calm and pleasant demeaner and is patient with our dogs. I appreciate that Oksana comes to our home to groom my dogs. I will NEVER drop my dogs off at the groomers! And, never leave our dogs unattended. Safety for their welfare is my utmost concern and Oksana helps to provide just that. I highly recommend Oksana!

Kaye was great with our adopted poodle/Bichon mix. His previous grooming experiences were very stressful for him, as he still has separation anxiety and can be terrified of leaving the house and getting in the car. Having Kaye come to us changed everything and he was much calmer in his own environment. Kaye was very patient and professional, I would definitely recommend her.

We found Paws R Us after our regular groomer started settling into retirement and wasn’t taking new clients, especially puppies. Our baby Daisy is still under a year, and is a beautiful mix of every anxious breed under the sun. I was excited when I found PRU, and saw that they were able to accommodate IN our home vs. in a mobile van. I was a little apprehensive at first, but Kaye was absolutely wonderful! She took time to get to know Daisy, and our other pets, and was so patient with her. She prioritized making Daisy feel comfortable and that was absolutely the most important thing to me. She also recommended local trainers she knew to help with Daisy’s anxiety. I would absolutely recommend Paws R Us, and will use them again! Thank you, Kaye! Wonderful service! First-time customer “onboarding” was very thorough but easy to do online…text communication was both responsive and helpful. Our tech, Kaye is SUPER nice and understanding of our dog’s disposition (a little anxious, especially with strangers), and did a fabulous job with the nails, even those pesky dewclaws. Absolutely one of the most painless experiences we’ve ever had! 10/10, no notes ☺️

They took great care of my 2 dogs! They look wonderful and weren't anxious like they are when I take them to the groomer. Also, they weren't stuck in a kennel for hours, like they are at an outside grooming facility.
They are clean and happy!

Oksana was great with my 1 year old Ragamuffin. She arrived on time, was very gentle and did an amazing job transforming his wild, crazy long and thick fur. She brushed out probably 20 small mats and used thinning shears to remove some of the bulk and length. Would highly recommend for cat grooming! Before and after pics attached.
