This year me and my best friend decided to have our Christmas dinner at Canyon Creek at 299 Rathburn Rd. W in Mississauga.
After ordering our drinks and a appertizer the server informed us that the blender had broken and unfortunately I could not have the Strawberry Daiquiri I had so looked forward to. Slightly disappointed , and not wanting anything else my friend and I decided that since we really only celebrated Christmas and Birthdays to have a few drinks and since we were not going to be able to really do that we decided that we would actually only have the appertizer and ask for the bill and go somewhere else for our drinks and the remainder of our dinner much to the surprise of our server. He spoke with the manager Julian and he promptly came to our table to apologize and give us a $50.00 gift certificate to use on our hopefully next visit. We were quite impressed and said yes we would definitely come back. A couple of minutes later Julian appeared again to ask us where we were planning on going and we replied Alice Fazooli's. He asked if we were only leaving because of the daiquiri. We said yes we were quite comfortable and had planned to come for our Christmas dinner not to go somewhere else. Julian offered to go get me the daiquiri and if he did would be stay. Of course this was an amazing offer. We accepted and Julian cintinued to do that 3 times. It was so cold outside and it was above and beyond for him to do this. The entire staff that night oohed and awed us, even when we opened our very cool Christmas gifts, but of course Julian was the outstanding customer service representative that night. I thank Julian for a great evening, he made our Christmas dinner and showed us that great customer service still exists. Absolutely amazing. We will be back for sure.
