Very disappointed with the overall service I received from EWM. I ordered a 40 yard container well ahead of the time needed. I was told the container would be delivered between 6-10am, which had me to schedule my portable toilet and laborers after this quoted time.
Due to A type personality, I called Monday morning to confirm the container was on its way…it wasn’t. I was told that due to logistical difficulties it would not arrive until late afternoon with no prior communication. I told dispatch this was not acceptable based on my other commitments. I called the salesperson (John) and received many excuses and a lack of empathy. Went as far as to say “do you want me to cancel your order?” He was able to get it the there an hour earlier, but still 1.5 hours later than the re-quote. I lost an entire day of usage and money for pre-committed laborers. I requested a partial refund for the major inconvenience and waste of resources…nothing!!!!
I ended up completely filling that 40 yard container and needed an additional 15. That was brought out a couple of days after the original delivery. Fast-forward to today, and I’m being charged for tonnage overage with no prior communication. Based on what I had remaining, it is hard for me to believe that I put 1.9 tons in a 1 ton 15 yard container. If I’m going to be charged for overage, I don’t think it’s too much to ask for validation of a scale picture or something confirming that I was over. I also would’ve thought John would have offered another 40 since the weight requirements are less on the smaller container. I basically paid the price of 2- 40 yard containers but only got 55 yards of capacity. This is not the kind of service I would expect spending $2000 with a company to clean out a residence.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company in the future .

2nd time using EASY for our big project porta potty needs. They are very swift and deliver/remove units when promised. Rafael makes the process very easy from start to finish. STRONGLY recommend!

Easy Waste is amazing! I’ve rented dumpsters and portable toilets from them a few times, and everything always goes so smoothly. Ely is the best, she’s super helpful and always makes sure things are taken care of. Rafael, the delivery guy, is awesome too! He’s always on time, friendly, and makes drop-offs and pick-ups super easy. Their prices are great compared to other companies that charge way more. Highly recommend!

Great service, fast and reliable
Never had a problem always got the help I needed when I needed it fast. They always knew how to promote me and change their schedule so I can get the service as fast as I can either it’s replacement or a new one.
I would recommend to anybody in the construction field to have a great experience and work with this company
