KB was absolutely amazing! Even though their system was down, she stayed positive, professional, and went above and beyond to help us. She kept us updated, answered all of our questions, and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. We really appreciated her kindness, patience, and willingness to help every step of the way. Thank you, KB, for the outstanding customer service!

Great, clean facility with friendly staff. KB was very helpful when I came in to finalize my unit rental. She went above and beyond to make sure I understood all the initial charges and the property policies. I would definitely recommend renting a storage unit here!

Be sure to walk thru where your unit will be first as there was a strong odor when floors were polyurethaned. We had a great experience with the ladies helping us in deciding what size unit we need; we had a tour a couple days ago of this newly built storage facility which offers climate control and today we made it official. We are impressed with the unit and the overall cleanliness of the facility. Anna & Kay Dee were outstanding!
