Claims to be easy and hassle free, each time Steven makes it so much work for a small loan, no clarity in what is required as even after sending documents it still wasn't what he needed. Borrowed once and that is it for me. I also question the legitimacy as tons of errors in the writing of emails. Also has a phone number listed under contact us and then claims to work solely via email. No reason for denial. Very unprofessional company, no BBB as BBB states they have been in business less than 6 months. Wish I hadn't have borrowed even once.

These 5 star ratings must be fake. I applied and sent my documents and signed all the forms sent to me and then they told me the etransfer was sent. I never received it and they kept trying to tell me that my email wasn’t valid or some nonsense but I could receive other etransfer fine. I was speaking with a agent throughout the day via email and they were not helpful at all. I called the number and got a very sketchy answering machine message so I asked if the agent could call me and they advise they can’t because they work from home. They asked for your bank card number and password on the application which I thought was sketchy. I did not give them that info but they do have my SIN number and bank account info and ID and I’m thinking this may be a scam. They told me I would have to wait till Monday to cancel this loan and it’s a whole day passed and I still had no etransfer. The agent I was speaking with via email was responding to me but wasn’t really saying anything helpful. Also they were sprinkling words like please in short form (pls) which seems unprofessional as well. Don’t use this company it is possibly a scam to get your info and I will be reporting this company.

They're legit and customer service is top notch. Their service and loan amounts make them superior to most payday advance places. I applied and received my loan the same day, via e-transfer. I'm far from tech savvy and Steve was a huge help. Definitely worth the 5 stars.

They are not consistent and hard to tell if this is a full time company or someone's side project. Website looks bad and outdated by a couple decades, I can't imagine they put alot into modern web security. They were ok the first few times then went downhill quick. They took out the wrong amount last time I borrowed, it's fine, glitches happen but they haven't responded to any applications since, staff just went missing for a month. I sent an email asking if they were still operational, got told to reapply only for it to get ignored again. Not going to recommend them because they don't seem to be a serious company that will actually be there when needed. My experience with them is maybe you get a response, maybe you won't.

These guy have helped me out for years never once had a problem with the money not going into my account im a single father of 3 amd when no other loan place would touch me with a covid mask and rubber gloves and a 10 foot pole APPLECASHTREE pulled through with all the inflation on food gas with no end in sight to it its just gonna keep going up and up here in Canada (kanata) our home on the natives land true strong and free so when times get tough and ur bank account. Has been through exhausting ridiculously spending on bills grocerys and getting your pet spayed or newtured and it need something to lean on you can lean on the tree APPLECASHTREE for well deserved break dont you think you and bank account deserve it 😉 thanks a ton APPLECASHTREE for a tree you guys sure rock !!!
