Receptionist Zeandy was amazing—very accommodating, attentive, and proactive. She made everything smooth from registration to claim filing, documents and referrals.

The clinic has a clean, cozy, and welcoming atmosphere.

Dr. Ali was very honest and transparent in explaining my treatment and guided me on the next steps needed moving forward. My fillings were done smoothly and efficiently, also referred me to a good specialist for a separate concern.

CDCP Accepted + General Anesthesia + Experts In-House = Literally such a relief

I’m actually so glad I found Charisma Dental. I first went there just to ask about CDCP and I did not expect them to be this nice honestly. Sahara, the manager, was so sweet and helpful right away and made everything feel way less scary and confusing.

I needed my wisdom teeth removed and I was super nervous about it, so just finding a place that accepts CDCP was already a huge thing for me. Then I found out they also do general anesthesia and I was like omg okay this is actually possible now. If you have anxiety with dental stuff, you know how big that is.

Also what made it even better is that I didn’t have to go somewhere else for a specialist. They have the experts in complicated extractions there, so everything was just easier and less stress.

When I met Dr. Swaida (hope I spelled that right lol) I felt a lot better. He was really nice, patient, and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I also liked that he didn’t rush and didn’t push me to decide anything right away, which made me feel way more comfortable.

The clinic is also sooo pretty, super clean, and everyone there was really nice. I’d totally recommend Charisma Dental, especially if you’re scared of dental treatment and need a place that accepts CDCP, offers general anesthesia, and can do everything in one place.

We had such an amazing experience with Dental X! Zeandy, the receptionist, was so nice & friendly! The office felt so luxurious! The dental hygienists, Nova & Rose, were such rockstars! They took such awesome care of our teeth - it didn’t even feel like we went to the dentist! Also they have an awesome promotion right now where new clients get an electronic toothbrush! So we def got our bang for our buck! 10/10 would recommend! (Sad I forgot to take a pic, but trust me, our teeth were sparklin!)

Fantastic staff and experience! I always get very anxious when I go to the dentist because I’ve had really bad experience in the past. However, from the previous owner to the most recent owner, I have had fantastic experience. The staff is wonderful and the owner/dentist himself was phenomenal! They made me feel so comfortable. My son was happy and very comfortable too!

All staff members were kind, caring and very professional from the moment I called on the phone to the moment I left the office. Reception makes you feel welcome, and the doctors and hygienists make you feel like your health matters. It's also a very clean and modern office. My mum and I had an awesome experience at Dental X. We weren’t expecting to get an appointment before January, but thanks to Zeandy’s prompt response, she was able to book us in sooner. I really liked how dedicated, friendly and efficient she is. The moment my mum and I walked in she quickly made us feel at ease and answered all of my questions. 👌
I really liked how clean, well-organized, and well-arranged everything was. My dental hygienist, Rose, is very polite, friendly and professional and did an amazing job—I highly appreciate her work. 👌
Nova took great care of my mum’s teeth, suggested us what dental floss was gentle for teeth and my mum is very pleased with her work. 👌

It was my first time going to the dentist in a couple years and I absolutely loved the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist greeted me with a smile and such good vibes and in that moment I knew I made a good decision with this clinic. The dental hygienist (Nova) was amazing. She answered every question and was so friendly. She also let me know I was missing glue on my retainer so she gave me a sticky note on what to show my orthodontist so I didn’t forget. It’s small things like that, that show the level of professionalism and care she showed with me. I felt really comfortable and well cared for. Thank you Dental X
