JB came by today to address a condensation problem we were having with the unit in our Master bedroom. He was professional, courteous and explained in simple terms what was causing the problem.
Thanks again Comfort Group for your excellent customer service and care…….

Absolutely terrible customer service - we originally called as we had no heat kicking on ,they didn’t fix the problem when I called to get them back was told I would have to pay again then they cancelled the time and told me I could wait until midnight for someone to swing by I still have no heat and the house is sitting at 64 or 14 degrees . Then asked a Manager call and not only did he not call he sent an email basically saying the same thing. Don’t use them if you require working heat- they not only won’t repair it properly they treat you poorly when you give them an opportunity to fix the problem you already paid for…. Called Foster and so far a much better experience and they recognized not having heat was an issue and expedited getting a tech here!

Kyle fixed our furnace in one visit. Diagnosed and fixed 4 issues that the other company missed or messed up on 2 previous visits. Told us we did not need to rewire as diagnosed by the other company. Able to make an appointment for the next day. All at a fantastic rate. These guys are an awesome company. I highly recommend them.

We have been having issues with the Heat Pump not getting up to the correct temperature. Renee arrived today and she was knowledgeable, professional and more importantly, thorough. I feel confident the issue will resolve. She even pointed out things that were missed and arranged for them to be done. The team at 360 Duncan, BC are so helpful and I am glad I went to them for heating.

After encountering problems with our 3 yr old gas water heater and being left hanging dry by the original company that installed it, we call Super Plumber/360 Comfort System to the rescue. Technician was dispatched and showed up within 1/2h of the call and was able to diagnosed issue immediately. Did a temporary fix so we could have hot water until new part was installed. It was a different technician that came to installed and she did a fantastic job. Both technicians were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Price was as quoted so no surprise or hidden cost. The level of communication was excellent. Thank you for the great service. Highly recommend!

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for Mike H. exceptional work on installing the wall panel for the floor-mounted converter. It makes the converter works better as well. His expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the process, and the installation looks and functions perfectly. Mike's professionalism and dedication are truly appreciated.
Thank you for a job well done!
