-Garlic dip had no garlic flavoring, only yogurt.
-Mashawi platter meat was burnt and too chewy.
-Chicken shawarma had spices put in which made it smell/taste like tea.
-Rice was not salted, and salad was tasteless.

Food used to be good but the quality has gone down. The prices are also too high for the quality of the food.

Update after owners response:

First lie: we did not “eat the whole thing”. The meal was so bland we didn’t eat more than a few bites of anything. The chicken shawarma had two bites taken before it was put aside.

Second lie: there was no offer to replace the meal, the only offer was to put our food, which was already burnt and overcooked, back on the grill. Does that make any sense at all?

We did not ask, nor did we expect a free meal. We were asked how the food was and we gave you feedback. However considering how you’ve responded to this review and any other negative review, you will never learn.

If garlic dip does not have yogurt in it then I don’t know why we were brought a whole bowl of yogurt.

Not only is your food bland and expensive, but you take offense to the slightest feedback. Good luck with your business.

FYI having flies all over the tables doesn’t make the food more appetizing.

Family owned very caring owners
The dips and euros and the decor is just amazing
A must stop if you are in castle rock or surroundings
I will personally try all the items on the menu as long as my stay in Colorado

Take out- a little of everything to try. The lamb kabob was perfectly cooked, garlic hummus was delicious all so good.

Very hospitable and welcoming staff, service, and the food was great as well. Highly recommend the fresh strawberry juice. The hummus was amazing and very smooth. Kiddo loved the garlic sauce. Lamb was tender. Staff were very open, kind, and explained Ramadan to us and other customers which is the great thing about trying cuisines from different cultures. It's a way to learn about people and increase awareness and tolerance for people who may be different in some aspects but at the end of the day we are all human.
