Such a great experience using TNA. It was an easy and efficient process to get the car. The owner even drove me back to where my car was getting worked on, so friendly and above any expectation!

This establishment is exceptional, and Troy provided outstanding service. We required a vehicle due to an unforeseen incident, and he demonstrated remarkable flexibility and understanding in accommodating our needs. The process was efficient, and we completed our transaction promptly. We intend to continue our rental relationship with him for the foreseeable future.

TNA saved the day, literally, for my dad and I. After Priceline processed a car reservation at Louisville Airport, we were told by the desk agent that there were ZERO rental cars in the entire city of Louisville. Walked the line of car rentals and took an uber 30 mins outside the city to find out that another company was happy to take the money/reservation and then decided to inform us there was no car at the location after we arrived.

Trying to find a car last minute while trying to make a quick trip up to Indy for the National Championship game was nearly a wrap before I found TNA Rentals LLC. After taking the call, Troy made it super easy for us to grab the car and head on the road to make the game on time. Returning the car was quick and painless (early flight out, pre office hours) as AJ was there before open and we thanked him as well for accommodating us last minute.

Excellent customer service, cannot underestimate how appreciative and thankful we were while temporarily stranded in a town/city we were highly unfamiliar with. Quick, easy, affordable, you should highly consider TNA Rentals on your next trip.

This place is a life saver. Especially if you get into an accident on the weekend. Troy was very helpful and accommodating. The process was quick and easy and he even called me the following Monday to see if everything was going well. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience renting from TNA Rentals. The entire process — from booking online to returning the car — was fast and hassle-free. Troy, was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I got the right vehicle for my trip. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable rental, the Louisville Ky area. I’ll be using them again on my next trip.
