Terrible experience.

They force a 20% “service charge” even on takeout orders where no service is provided.

After I questioned the charge, they made me wait 43 minutes for my order while handing food to customers who had ordered more than 20 minutes after me. It was obvious retaliation. Not a single employee apologized or acknowledged the delay.

The food was was mid - nowhere near worth the nearly $190 I paid for five sandwiches (including the caviar bagel).

I would not recommend this business. If this is how they treat paying customers—especially those who simply question an unjustified fee—I have a hard time seeing them succeeding long term.

We stopped in for a sandwich and a bagel & were really impressed with this place. Sesame bagel was chewy, flavorful & perfectly toasted for my bacon, egg and cheese add jalapeño cream cheese. The eggs weren’t a creepy premade egg loaf but rather tasted like they’d spent some time in an actual pan or on a flat top. Bacon was fresh and crispy. Chicken banh mi had fresh, lightly pickled veggies, a super generous portion of rotisserie-tasting chicken (I mean that as a compliment) and a delicious slightly spicy mayo-y sauce on a legit baguette that was VERY crisp. We can’t wait to come back. We sat outside and were able to peek into their back kitchen which houses their bread program - bannetons and ovens galore. They’re the real deal!

Many options on the menu! We got two huge, fluffy bagels and came back for more the next day! So delicious! The vibe is very cool-with upbeat music, plenty of seating inside and out, the service was great! We left happy and full both times! Thank you! : )

Loved this place! We stayed across the street and literally went to Silvers every morning. Great coffee. Tried the tomato soup & grilled cheese, caviar bagel, burrito, and salmon lox- all were amazing! Staff is so nice. Owner was so sweet, met her one of the days! Highly recommend!! 😊

so glad to have a new breakfast, lunch & grab and go option open in Aspen! Come for the bagel sandwiches and coffee; stay for the hangout space, merch, and sundries. The egg and cheese on everything bagel was one of the best I’ve had in Colorado, and looking forward to trying their prepared foods
