We visited Mitti Chulhan and the food was very, very good. We ordered Tomato Soup, Gobi 65, Chicken 65, Dosa, Chicken Biryani, and Fried Rice — every single dish was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious.
However, the person who took our order showed attitude, and we were not happy with her behavior. It didn’t match the quality of the food or the overall experience.
Apart from that, everything else was great. The food is definitely worth trying, and we enjoyed the taste a lot.

Very disappointing experience at Mitti Chulha, Framingham. The restaurant looked decent from outside, but the food quality and overall experience did not match expectations at all. The naan was especially disappointing it honestly felt like frozen naan bought from a nearby Indian grocery store and reheated in a microwave before serving. When I politely asked the manager about the quality of the naan, the response was basically, “This is how we serve it here, if you want you can have it,” which felt rude and dismissive instead of trying to understand the concern. The washrooms were also not clean and needed proper maintenance. Overall, the food did not feel fresh or authentic, and the customer service made the experience worse. Think twice before visiting.

Worst food ever, the aaloo chat smells oily, the noodles is like poni baath(seasoned left over rice)
Would not recommend to anyone.
Idly was like frozen.

Summary – Nice Indian restaurant serving Veg and Non-Veg dishes. Prices are reasonable and portions are good. There is plenty of parking and enough table for a dine in option. (Full Review Below)
Atmosphere – The restaurant is located on the main road at 291 Turnpike Road in Westborough, MA. The restaurant is in mini plaza with another restaurant next door (Mexican restaurant). The plaza is in a very safe area. The restaurant itself is very clean with very good open/wide dining area with enough tables and chairs for about 100 people. It also has few Indian style bed sitting which is unique and adds to the ambiance. Expect to have a little wait time on the weekends.
Parking – Plenty of free parking within the plaza.
Service – Service was very good. We were a party of 14 people, and our order was taken in timely manner, and food was delivered to the table in timely manner as well.
Food – We ordered lots of food, but notable items were Tawa Fish which was very tender and flaky. It was perfectly fried, delicious. We also had Veg and Chicken Monchow Soup which hit the spot-on cold nights. Fried Chicken Noodle and Rice were very good, one of better ones I’ve had. Chicken Majestic went very well with the Fried Rice. Rajwadi Lassi was good. Everything we had tasted good and fresh.
Price – Some may find prices somewhat high, but they were on par with other restaurants in the area.
