Young Sprouts Therapy cancelled my appointment for Sunday on Friday at noon (Thanksgiving weekend), stating that I had not completed the required form. I had planned to finish the form on Friday after work; however, they cancelled the appointment two days before my first consultation without even a courtesy phone call. If the therapist did not want to work during the Thanksgiving weekend, we could have simply rescheduled the appointment instead of cancelling it, right?

As a result, I did not have the opportunity to begin services with Young Sprouts Therapy. I have since found another clinic nearby, and I am very pleased with the care I am receiving there.
