Shout out to Malik Duff for fantastic technical support. Malik spent a bunch of time on the phone and other email helping me spec out an off-grid solar system for a remote site with challenging environmental conditions. He was a huge help with everything from components, cable sizing, and evening recommendations for tools and batteries Current Connected didn't have available. System installation was a breeze thanks in large part to the well thought out system Malik helped put together. Above and beyond support!!!

i ordered my EG4 chargeverters from current connected about two years ago. this review is not about the chargeverters, but about the company. two other companies had "screwed the pooch" in regards to black fridays sales and me (did not return contact when signed up on waiting lists. i was rather peaved, so i went with the next vendor that was as highly recommended as the others. (they should not have been). At the time, the company had none in stock, but was also offering a signup waiting list, with no down payment. 3 days later i they contacted me back saying their inbound shipment had arrived early. the Owner CEO of the company Dexter, contacted me directly his company was jsut starting up and he took pride in checking in on his current and soon to be future customers. the transaction was smooth, the shipping options bother some people i understand... i have few options living overseas so anything was good for me in this regards. Dexter mad the transaction painless and quick, even with the overseas shipping. (FPO-AP) if ya know, ya know. I could only afford one at the time and it arrived 5 days ahead of schedule. install went smooth, i had 100 amps of charging from a three phase genset... rather unbalanced but it worked. i was on the list for a second unit when available but was not sure how to wire it up. Dexter informed me that he had already tried every variation of wiring these chargverters up to and including single phase 120, split phase 240, and 3 phase 208/240. and that there was a way to wire up two of them and keep a three phase genset balanced. he walked me through it and it worked perfect. the units worked the genset was balanced and not overloaded. later when cash was available i got a third one and once again Dexter walked me through the entire process.

thats customer service, thats customer satisfaction. most of my setup was already in place from many years before, but He took the time to help integrate the newer gear into my system. currently i need nothing else, but if i do, i know a good vendor when i encounter one. and Current Connected will be my choice.

another name drop: for those in the diesel world, Current Connected is the solar equivalent of Riff Raff Diesel or KC Turbo. rock solid, a good owner who cares about his name, his company and his customers. I cannot recommend him enough.
