The owner of this shop was very kind and helpful. The store is organized and cleaned. He is very fair when it comes to pricing on all of his products. Great place to stop and get your vape and festival needs. Thank you for helping me on my long journey home from EDC.

Enjoyed my visit. Great customer service. The owner was kind and knowledgeable. If you are a vaper and coming from out of town, I would highly recommend this shop. Lots of choices.

What a wonderful experience! I just arrived from Florida where the vape game is 1000x NV. Nobody in town carries my preferred brand, so the owner spent a full 20 mins + introducing me to a diff brand/same concept - he was able to describe each of the flavors beautifully (I prefer sweet). Owner was gracious and polite and thankful…you cannot go wrong here! (Right next to Home2Suites and Hilton Garden Inn, so it’s easy to find/access/can walk from a group of hotels for out of towners.)
I write VERY few reviews and only do so when a merchant goes *above and beyond* like I experienced today. Thank you!!
I forgot to mention, Premium Smoke & Vape has largest selection in town! I’ve stopped in numerous shops looking for large selection, and Premium has it!

Great service. The man who served me is named Nitin. Definitely a spot you need to visit if you vape and youre out in Las Vegas. Great value, and better vibes. Plus it smells hella good.

Nitin gave wonderful customer service. He was knowledgeable about the product (Kratom tablets,) and worked with me on price! He even refused a tip. I will be back, he won my business as a local, just moving into the area!

I work at the South Premium Outlet and this is such a convenient location right off of Las Vegas Blvd. Great size of a shop, large selection, great pricing and great service. I forgot to get the name of the gentleman that helped me, but he was so kind and knowledgeable! Thank you! I will definitely be back again!

Premium Smoke Shop truly lives up to its name. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, well-organized, and welcoming the space was. The staff is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely helpful — they took the time to understand what I was looking for and made thoughtful recommendations without being pushy.

Their product selection is top-tier — everything from high-quality glass pieces, vapes, rolling papers, and unique accessories, to rare finds you won’t get anywhere else. Prices are fair, and they even have great bundle deals.

What really stood out to me was the customer service. It didn’t feel like a transaction — it felt like a conversation with someone who actually cares about the experience. This shop sets the gold standard.

Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned customer, Premium Smoke Shop is hands-down the place to go. Highly recommended!
