We celebrated our anniversary at Earls for brunch, and the entire experience was absolute perfection from start to finish.

The brunch happy hour here is genuinely unbeatable. The food was so yummy, and getting high-quality brunch dishes at those prices makes it easily one of the best spots in town.

What truly made the day unforgettable, though, was our waitress, Julia. She was incredibly attentive, warm, and kind. Upon finding out we were celebrating our anniversary, the entire team went above and beyond to make our meal feel extra special. It's rare to find top-notch food paired with hospitality that genuinely cares, but Earls delivered on both.

I came here to watch the Norway VS England game and we had a wonderful time! We ordered off the happy hour menu and started off with the mini steak frites, crispy salmon sushi, and an oyster. The food took a while to arrive (30 min), but they were pretty busy and we had lots of time to spare, so we weren’t too bothered. All of the food tasted great, especially the steak frites! It was cooked perfectly to medium rare, and the fries were a great portion and super tasty. After a while, we decided to order another portion of the steak frites, as well as the chips and guacamole.

The service was great throughout the experience and the atmosphere was clean and composed, even with the game going on. Our server was also super nice and had a great personality. The restaurant also accommodated for our seating requests to the best of our abilities, which we appreciated.

Overall, I’m looking forward to trying the Earl’s location on Bloor St, since I live close by! I would also recommend this location to anyone interested in a casual meal in a nice environment.

It was a lovely Sunday family brunch at Earl’s!

I really loved the lighting and ambience. It had such a beautiful nature inspired feel.

I had the Cajun Blackened Steak with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables, and I really enjoyed it! The steak had a nice seasoning and flavour, while the garlic mashed potatoes added a comforting, creamy touch. I love some garlicky potatoes 😋. The vegetables balanced the dish well.

I also had the Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, served with caper remoulade, pickled red onions, avocado, arugula, and lemon vinaigrette.

The flavour was definitely different from what I’m used to, but in a good way. I’m not sure a picky eater would enjoy it, but I have a curious palate and love exploring new flavours that I don’t usually try at home.

I didn’t get to try the wings, but my brothers did, and they liked them.

Overall, it was a great experience. The food was enjoyable, the service was good, and it made for a really nice family brunch. I recommend getting a reservation first.

Had a lovely dinner with my family at Earls tonight! We ordered the Yuzu Calamari, Spicy Calabrian Pasta, BBQ Ribs, Korean Beef Bibimbap, and Pollo Tacos, and everything was delicious. The food came out quickly and was full of flavour.

A special shoutout to Hudson, our server, who made our evening even better. He was very friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the meal, always making sure we had everything we needed.

We'll definitely be back and would love to have Hudson as our server again. Highly recommend! 😊

Recently, my mom and I went for Happy Hour at Earls Kitchen + Bar (Square One), and we had such a wonderful experience. Shanice was an amazing server — friendly, attentive, and made our evening even more enjoyable.

We ordered the Truffle Fries, Szechuan Shrimp + Pork Dumplings, Nashville Crispy Chicken + Pickle Skewers, Margherita Pizza, Baja Taco, and Oysters on the Half Shell. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The Szechuan Shrimp + Pork Dumplings were the standout for me — packed with flavour and perfectly cooked. The Margherita Pizza was so fresh and delicious it almost transported us straight to Italy, while the Baja Taco was my mom’s favourite of the night.

The drinks were just as impressive. The Aperol Spritz was perfectly balanced — refreshing, not overly icy, and exactly what we wanted. We also loved the Tiny Tini Peach Bellini Cheekies; they were served in the cutest coupe glasses and tasted amazing.

Overall, everything from the food and drinks to the service made for such a memorable Happy Hour. We’ll definitely be back!
