As an assistant to a person with some health issues, this company made her happier than I have seen in a long time. She selected them because she was impressed with the Jeremy, the sales consultant, who gave a very comprehensive understandable presentation.

This company doesn't disappoint. The staff is so friendly and any communications were prompt. They are organized and very efficient. There wasn't a glitch in the process or install. The results are beautiful and such a fabulous improvement to her existing landscaping. Thank you Grizzly Outdoor!

Grizzly Outdoor installed pavers for our driveway, artificial turf for our front lawn and backyard. I can’t say enough how much we love our new driveway and lawns. We’ve had neighbors come by and complimented on our new driveway and lawn.

The Grizzly crew for the pavers and the crew for turf were fantastic. I was truly amazed by the skill, speed, professionalism and attention to detail of the whole crew. For the paver job, Grizzly sent out a crew of 8 and the turf job, a crew of 11…more than I expected. The entire projected completed within 6 days which was much faster than I had planned. And in time for our upcoming family event.

During the project, there were a few changes that I had requested and Lucas, the owner, was accommodating enough to include those changes without any additional charge. Lucas and Brittani were very responsive and timely when it comes to questions and inquiries I had.

Will definitely consider Grizzly Outdoor for future projects.

Grizzly was a great company to work with from Sam who gave us the bid, to the install team, and Kamryn in the office. Everyone was courteous and professional. We have had turf for years so we knew what to look for. We had another turf company actually recommend them to us. The product is good, but the installation is what matters and the after sale support if needed. This company had consistent solid reviews and I would recommend them based on my experience as well.

We had the most wonderful experience dealing with Grizzly Outdoor. Jeromy came out to provide us with a quote and after talking to him, we realized that we had found the best company to install our new grass. They assigned us to Kamryn in the office to answer any questions along the way. She was very professional and provided excellent customer service. They set up an install date, and they were done in 1 1/2 days. We are very happy with the final results and are very happy with the choice we made. If you are looking for a company to put in your artificial grass, look no further. You have found the right company. Thank you to everyone that help provide us with our beautiful yard. Grizzly Outdoor did an amazing job installing turf in our backyard! Kamryn was very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. Sam came over and gave a thorough walkthrough of the entire installation process and realistic expectations of having turf instead of sod. The crew installing were nice, communicative, and cleaned up everything once they were finished during this 2 day install.

Overall, definitely the best value for quality of service and price compared to other quotes we got.

We had never really considered artificial turf for our back yard but after our new border collie puppy, Roxy, completely decimated all the grass with her running and frisbee chasing, we changed our mind. Grizzly Turf was by far the best option we found. Jeremy was extremely thorough in his presentation and advice of grass choice given our desire for a plush look that would also hold up to our pet. Kamryn was super friendly and helpful and very efficient in handling the entire project. The installation team was also great. They were friendly and accommodating; communicating with us and answering any questions we had throughout the process. We are very pleased with the finished product. Roxy took ownership immediately! Grizzly did a great job on our paver design and installation. From consultation to completion, I felt in good hands. They gave us great suggestions to narrow down our ideas and create a beautiful patio. They even helped out rearranging some sprinkler lines for us and added necessary drainage. Highly recommend!

Our community recently updated our current grass area with Grizzly Turf and are extremely pleased with the outcome and the product itself. Not only did we have a responsive company to work with we also had a great team that came on site to complete the work within one day vs the expected 2 days. Grizzly Turf customer service support and there onsite team worked closely together to ensure proper communication and delivery of the installed product was up to the customers standards. Definitely a company that prides on customer service experience.

We had Grizzly reinstall turf in our yard that we'd had for 10 years and had shown wear and tear. Although our yard is not big, it was a pretty big job for the Grizzly team because a large amount of tree roots had grown under the old turf. They did a good job cleaning up the mess caused by the roots. We received a similar estimate from a competitor and went with Grizzly because their estimate included steps in the process that the other did not. We appreciated Jeremy's thoroughness and transparency throughout the process. He pointed out that window pane reflection could cause damage to turf. We were not aware of this and are now looking into a remedy. Thanks to the team for a job well done!

I was very impressed with their customer service. They were always polite and followed up quickly on any questions I had. Lucas provided expert advice when it came to selecting the type of turf that was best for me and fit my budget. The install team did quality work and completed the entire project in 3 days. My only complaint was that they did not do a very good job of cleaning up each day or at the end of the project. Lucas addressed the issue immediately and now I am enjoying my beautiful new lawn. Great job!!!!
