I’ve never had an eye doctor appointment as fast and as easy as I had at Reframed Eye! Walked in and was invited straight back to begin my appointment. The Doctor and The lady who runs the front desk were very friendly and easy to talk to. She helped me pick out my new glasses and was very helpful. 10/10 experience!

Dr. Jaren Olsen was so kind and knowledgeable. He took his time with me to address any of my concerns. Marie the receptionist is also very knowledgeable and has a super upbeat, kind and positive demeanor. Awesome office for your eye care needs!

Everything from the facility, environment, and staff were exceptional. The facility was excellent. The environment was welcoming, non cluttered, and well organized. The equipment was state of the art and very clean. The exam was thorough, and not rushed. It was very clear that the optometrist values his clients and works purposefully to ensure that the patients needs are meet. This is definitely a clinic I would highly recommend!

I was sent to Dr. Olsen by my Opthamologist for a low vision evaluation. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Olsen was friendly and professional. Dr. Olsen anwsered all my questions throughout the testing. This office is a great addition to Idahofalls. Thank you Dr. Olsen and staff for all you help. 🙏🏼

We were greeted with such kindness the moment we entered. We were sat down right away and were given an explanation of how to expect the appointment to go. The entire process was very fast and the staff were very patient. I like the method used to find what lenses work because rather than using a machine, each lense is carefully selected by the doctor. He was very precise. I would recommend Reframed Eye to anyone who needs help finding the right tools to increase their vision. It was like magic was being preformed in front of me.

My husband and I had real concerns about our aging eyes. Our appoint. from start to finish was a good one. When I called in to schedule the appt. Marie, Dr. Olsen’s asst. was helpful and worked with our schedules to get us in as soon as we could. Their system for check in was smooth. Dr. Olsen, was pleasant, knowledgeable and addressed our concerns with care and effectiveness which was assuring to us. Marie helped me choose glasses, which I do not like doing. I brought my son to Reframed Eye today and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Marie and Dr. Olsen were so welcoming, kind, and professional. While I was there a lady came in needing help adjusting a device she had for low vision. While Marie was helping her adjust it, she mentioned that she had trouble threading her needle while working on a blanket. A few minutes later Dr. Olsen came out with a couple tools that could help her thread her needle. I was so impressed with the personal care given. My family and I will be permanent paitents!

Took all five of my kids to Reframed Eye and it was amazing. Dr. Olsen was patient, kind, and didn’t even flinch when the kids hit “zoomies mode.” His wife appeared like a benevolent fairy godmother—playing with the crew while I got my eyes checked and even helping my toddler when I was feeding the baby.

Marie was a champ with my 3-year-old, who treated glasses-trying like an Olympic sport in evasion. Dr. Olsen answered all our questions, and my son says the hardest part was picking a prize—which tells you how smooth everything else went. The kids can’t wait to go back.
