If I could only use one word to describe Paul Clem it would be AMAZING. From the very start, he was able to communicate in a way that made everything clear and understandable. He was a great relocation expert for us and we had many special requirements. He helped us though the entire process, from finding a local lender, all the way to getting a yard guy after the sale. There were so many aspects of buying our new house that we had never experienced before. He stayed with us and helped though every part. He has an incredible work ethic and a kind heart. He is the perfect combinations of professional, helpful, and friendly. We will absolutely turn to him for our next house purchase and have already recommended him to our best family friend.

My husband and I purchased a home with Michele as our agent, in 2019. I did not write this review earlier as we have been working with city of Portland, contractors and a real estate attorney to determine what our legal options were.
Michele represented us in purchasing a home in Portland which, it turns out was severely misrepresented. As a seasoned real estate agent, I would have expected Michele to point out the potential issues in our house and advise us to follow up with PPB to ensure that the house was properly permitted (things that were glaringly obvious to other RE professionals). However, looking back, there were many red flags in the real estate transaction that we should have paid attention to. When I did go to PPB for a permit months after the sale and found out about the mess, I contacted Michele but she did nothing to help remedy the situation. She contacted the previous homeowners and went by their word that the house was properly permitted, despite me providing proof that it was not and did nothing more. Eleete has a legal department that I would have expected to step up. John l Scott did when something similar happened to a friend. I felt that, once commission was paid, thry no longer had a duty to help. For context, the cost to make our home legal will be in the ballpark of $400k and we may need to tear down part of the illegal addition. Michele led us to make a financial decision that will have a very significant impact on our financial future and the company was no help at all. I would not recommend them.

We had a friend recommend Eleete to us a couple of years ago. We worked with Justin Nelson when purchasing a condo. I know they handle multi million dollar deals, but their company took great care of us and respected our $300,000 budget. We had to work the final closing via Zoom while we were in Italy and they made it work! Now we have a beautiful condo and after 2+ years are very happy with our place and reflect fondly on the professionalism of Justin and the entire team. If we ever are in the market again, we'll definitely use them.

My partner and I worked with Jennifer Holland to purchase our first home in 2021 and we could not recommend Jen and the Lee Davies team more strongly. Jen was referred to us by a friend who spoke highly of her work ethic and knowledge in a highly competitive market. Personally, our home buying process was...complicated. My partner and I looked on and off for several years, touring dozens of homes and writing offers on many of them. Jen always made herself available to answer questions on homes or provide showings on a tight schedule. When Jen wasn't personally available, there was seamless coverage provided by other members of the Lee Davies team. When it came time to write an offer, the process was easy and clear. This kind of service was absolutely essential and a competitive advantage in the crazy hot market we found ourselves in.

Closing was also a breeze after we finally had an offer accepted! Jen and the Lee Davies team recommended and coordinated a lender, title officer, and inspector who were fantastic. We were able to close in under 30 days and had all of our anxiety put at ease during the process.

In the end, I can genuinely say we got everything we wanted in our first home, for a better price than we expected to pay. I thank the Lee Davies team and Jen so much for helping us in the process. We recommend them to all our friends and family without reservation.

I worked directly with Jennifer Holland and cannot say enough good things about her! I had worked with her previously on the sale of my condo and purchase of a house- so when it came time to sell that house, there was no hesitation to work with her again! She is incredibly professional, quick to respond, very organized to keep everything on track, and provides amazing insight into the process and market. I could not be happier with my experience and highly recommend her to everyone.

This was my first time working with Eleete and I was really impressed by the amount of information they provide to help determine what can help sell a house fast and get the best offer. I also really liked that Jen also had Wednesday Wild-Wilson on her team who lived in the neighborhood and had insights into the market. She was great to work with as well and they made a great team!
