My favorite neighborhood market

As a regular customer at Robért Fresh Market in Old Metairie, I can always count on their fresh produce and high-quality meats. The bakery and hot bar are consistently excellent for quick daily meals. The store is always spotlessly clean, and the friendly staff makes every visit pleasant. Prices are slightly premium, but the quality keeps me coming back every week!

Amazing shopping experience! I bought a huge haul of groceries, from fresh produce to pantry staples. Everything was super fresh, well-organized, and easy to find. The staff was very helpful during checkout. Great prices on bulk items too. My kitchen is now fully stocked! Highly recommend it!

You lost a regular customer over SOUR milk! My husband and I regularly shop at your store. We purchased a gallon of milk that turned out to be sour when we opened it. On March 3, my husband went in to try and return the milk. The Manager refused to exchange the milk because he did not have the original receipt. We shop at Robert’s weekly and as a loyal customers, I would have expected a simple replacement or refund. Instead I left feeling like my business was not appreciated.

It’s not about the price of the milk…. It’s about the LACK of CUSTOMER SERVICE and standing behind the products you sell.
Perhaps your refrigeration system needs to be checked??
