I had carpet installed recently by Carpet Wholesalers and it is beautiful! My salesperson Amy Cleversey was so helpful in helping me decide on the perfect flooring, explaining process and financing. She and her husband came to my house to measured and offer advice. It was then installed by Thomas Brown and his team. They moved all the furniture and after perfectly installing the carpet placed all the furniture back exactly where they found it. I highly recommend Carpet wholesalers and their team!! I will definitely use no other company for my flooring needs!!

I had a fantastic experience at Carpet Wholesalers in Summerville SC! Amy Cleversey was absolutely awesome—she helped me pick out the perfect carpet and color, and made the whole process so easy and efficient. She really knows her stuff and made everything stress-free from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for Amy if you’re shopping for new flooring!

A big thank-you as well to Thomas, Earnest, and Steve for doing a fantastic job from start to finish. They moved all the furniture carefully, were very professional, and made sure everything in the condo was protected. The installation looks perfect! We had an excellent experience working with Carpet Wholesalers in North Charleston. Davina showed me around the store and explained the different options as well as providing samples to take home so we could make the best decision. Amy came to our home after business hours to do all the measurements and get us a complete quote before we left town due to our short availability. We very much appreciated her doing this. Thanks again, Amy. On installation day, Thomas Brown and his team showed up early and worked continuously. Thomas, Ernest, and Steve were very professional and answered any and all questions that we had during the process. It was scheduled to be a two day job but these hard-working gentlemen accomplished it in just one! Thank you so much to the team at Carpet Wholesalers. Not only did they remain within our budget, but allowed our move to remain stress-free. Highly recommend Carpet Wholesalers to anyone wishing to brighten up their home.

Wow !!!!!! 5 star for sure! I had a broken foot from my stairs and wanted to put carpet on them. I could not come there and Amy went above and beyond to help me get it done!! What a great customer service she sent me pictures samples everything was done from my house and she sent over the Best install person to install it!!! I was soooo happy with them all and will only go to them fo any future needs!!

I paid $7,000 for carpet and vinyl installation in my home, but the result was subpar. I had to request another team to redo the job correctly. The first crew half assed the job Recently, I discovered a spot in my home that sounds like a large sheet of plastic under the carpet, likely due to not removing the plastic from the carpet padding. Furthermore, the installation process damaged my walls, and had sticky stuff on the walls which had been freshly painted prior to the installation. The carpet is excessively loose, to the point where it can be pinched and lifted. In my opinion, this is unacceptable business practice, and I believe I should have received reimbursement for the hassle and inconvenience caused. Never was able to speak to anyone truly in charge other than the sales person that informed me when I asked to speak to a manager that she was the just promoted to manager.

Save the time and hassle go elsewhere. where. Here just a few pictures i have so many more.

We are beyond happy with the service we received from Carpet Wholesalers on Rivers in N. Chas. Amy Cleversey in sales knew exactly what I needed and made the process so easy with a professional and friendly demeanor the entire way through. Dan Thompson our installer was fast, accurate and did a beautiful job replacing our staircase carpet. I’ll let the before and after photos speak to the work. Amy also gets the credit for choosing our durable product and color (I love it)! Dan gets the credit for the beautiful install. A wonderful experience. Highly recommended. Thank you!
