this is a review about my experience with Tom and Golden Heights. I was looking to replace my roof to go solar. Tom was one of 3 bidders, he was the only one who took the effort, sat down to explain roofing process, material and specifications in detail. The only reason I didn't commit was the bid coming in as the highest. Until I receive a bid from my solar energy provider, which was close to Tom's but with less comparable material. That's was the decider. The whole pre sale and installation experience was pleasant and professional. it was nice to know I was in good hands all the way.

We bought a fixer upper knowing the roof would be one of the first things we'd have to replace. Once the old shingles came off, they found several sheets of rotten decking around the eaves. They showed us exactly what needed to be replaced before moving forward, which gave us a lot of confidence.I'd much rather fix it correctly now than deal with bigger problems later.

I worked with Tom Ross, who was an exceptional project manager. Gave me a quote on the spot and was a clear, consistent communicator throughout the project. Golden Heights was the first of three bids and ended up being the most cost effective I couldn’t be happier with the installation of my roof.

What can I say that hasn't been said. Etan and his crew are top notch, going above and beyond to make the process smooth.
Etan gave me a good estimate, comparable to others. But had a better warranty. And encouraged me to visit a current site to see the process, although I did not.
Once ready, the crew arrived within a few days. They replaced the roof by the end of the da, with repairs. And were very conscious of my several vehicles and property. Clean up was done the same day.
Etan returned within a couple of days and inspected it. Noting the improvements of bringing it up to code.
He even ensured a refund when I overpaid.
I have already and will continue to recommend them to anyone in need of a roof.

Last week they did my whole roof in Santa Rosa. They did my whole roof in 4 days. On the invoice they put the full payment schedule so I knew exactly how much I was going to be paying the whole way through (down payment, after demolition, after materials delivered, etc). They made it very clear. I had five estimates and nobody else made it super clear exactly how much I would be paying. I worked with Eitan Rafael. He communicated with me two or three times a day when I needed to know what was going on (because it was my rental house and I wasn't there) and what he promised, he delivered. I was very happy with Eitan and with Golden Heights Roofing. I give them five stars.
