The contractor came in with a smile on his face and removed his boots at the door. He answered any questions and gave some helpful tips. He was quick and efficient. He also arrived on time and it was good to get a reminder of the planned servicing ahead of time as it had been awhile since I booked it. He had several options for payment which suited me and then he emailed the receipt right away. I would recommend Sub Zero for servicing.

The first time Sub Zero was here they installed a bathroom exhaust fan and we had them back to service our heat pump. Both Nolan and Spencer were amazing and they are now on my calendar for every two years for servicing the heat pump & exhaust fans. Thank you for the exceptional service you provided.

Nolan came out to service our heat pump and replace motor on furnace. Awesome service! He ordered a new motor and had it installed the next day. Thank you - the fan is so much quieter! Will continue to have Subzero for any future work.

Sub Zero installed our heat pump system and removed the old furnace in our 5 year old house. We wanted to take advantage of some government rebates and they helped us out with that. They were easy to deal with, priced fairly, answered all my questions and did a really good job with install. We will keep using them for servicing and would recommend to others.
