All in all one of the more rude interactions I’ve had at a MUV. I misunderstood the deal of the day. She seemed frustrated and really didn’t seem to understand the high percentage deal herself. The sales person usually works to find you the best deal, and she was more. Take it or leave it. Seemed irritated by our presence. Not the usual energy I get at other locations. I’ll be back, but would rather not buy from Natalie again.

I drove all the way from Sarasota for the yum yum. And let me tell ya'll sumthin. ITS WAS WORTH IT!!!!!! I was met with warm smiles, reassurance my order was there , and ofc the bomb 💣 service. I always tip @ muv bc they work hard and they deserve it. If I could only have 1 food for the rest of my life it would be cherry 🍒 flavored pez. If I could only shop @ 1 dispensary for the rest of my life. I PROMISE ON GOD, ITS MUV!!!!!

Absolutely amazing experience for my 1st visit...The cleanliness speaks volumes to start with...everything is pristine.....my clerk Natalie i believe was her name if not my apologies im forgetful with names...tall blond lady anyhow immediately greeted me and walked me thru my experience. She was very knowledgeable extremely friendly and just a real person who made me feel very comfortable. She helped me through every step and answered some really dumb questions from me as a 1st time customer lol. She was very funny and also very understanding to my needs and guided me perfectly...I received my card today as a new resident of Florida and needless to say I will be returning faithfully...Thank you for making my day better and easy MUV and im pretty sure any clerk would have given the same service they all seem super chill friendly and lookin to help
