Bobby Brown has serviced my family for decades, I’m so grateful that he now has his own mortuary. He and his daughter (Jessica) are amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Losing my daughter was the most devastating experience of my life, but B.E. Brown’s Mortuary—Mr. Brown, his daughter Jessica, and their exceptional staff—helped me carry the weight of that moment with grace, dignity, and compassion.

From the very first meeting, their professionalism was evident and unwavering. They handled every detail with care—from receiving my daughter’s body from Georgia to preparing her for viewing—taking so much stress off of my shoulders.

Their facility is both welcoming and beautiful. I was able to hold her wake in one of their intimate viewing rooms, and her funeral in their stunning sanctuary. I provided them with photos and music, and they seamlessly created a slideshow that honored her life in the most touching way. And the obituaries—they were absolutely breathtaking. I’ve never seen anything like them—elegant, heartfelt, and beautifully designed.

Though I’m originally from Mobile, I no longer live there, and I could not figure bd a singer in such short notice. Jessica went above and beyond and found a vocalist who sang so beautifully that it brought many of us to tears.

B.E. Brown’s Mortuary truly feels like a one-stop-shop for everything needed during such a difficult time. The only thing missing is a space for the repass—but even with that, they guided me with helpful suggestions.

I highly recommend them. Mr. Brown and his daughter Jessica were absolutely wonderful to our family during our time of bereavement. We lost our sister in September and they made the process smooth. Their compassion, kindness and professionalism was outstanding and unmatched. Their facility is beautiful and I will be using them for my own final arrangements.

I just cannot express my gratitude towards B.E. Brown mortuary enough for their support and professionalism during such a difficult time. As I came here to post this review, I see a lot of other people feel the same way and I agree so completely with their positive reviews.

I was so grateful for their guidance in this unfamiliar process and how they handled everything thoughtfully and with elegance. They were very understanding with my mom and sensitive to what she would be ready for at each step, and when she was ready they helped her with the paperwork she needed to complete as a widow. My dad was a veteran and wanted to be buried at Arlington, and in our first phone call Jessica was knowledgeable about this process and knew exactly what to do to initiate the arrangements. There was a special request that I won't go into detail here, that I would think was quite unique and challenging, but the mortuary handled it in the most amazing way. I especially appreciated how things were kept simple, we weren't burdened with a lot of options or decisions we needed to make while we were overwhelmed with grief, but everything was perfectly arranged with the viewing and very elegant. My 92 year old grandmother attended and she thought everything was so beautiful, it brought her significant comfort to see everything nicely done. I am writing this review because I just want to thank them so sincerely for making this part of things so beautiful.

Mr.Brown and Ms.Jessica and the entire staff went above and beyond for our family. They were amazing from our first meeting with them. As a matter of fact we had several appointments scheduled, they were our second, as we walked back to our cars, we were all so in awe of them and their kindness and patience, we canceled the remaining appointments. We felt in our spirit this was the rite place. They were always there for us throughout the entire process with such grace and compassion.This was our first time having to go through the planning of a funeral, but with their help, it was less difficult. They are very caring and professional all at the same time. I truly believe in such a time of sorrow, God knew we needed their guidance and compassion. They will always hold a special place in my family's hearts. This was the first time we have planned a funeral and they were there for even the smallest of detail. The service for my husband was so beautifully and professionally done. My family is so very grateful and thankful for B.E.Brown & Co. Mortuary. Many heartfelt thanks to them from the Thomas Sargent family. I don't think there are truly any words that actually describe how very much we appreciate all they did for us. I pray God continues to bless them to help families in their time of need. They are truly an amazing people. 👏

My sisters and I would like to thank B.E Brown & Company for their support and professional services to ensure our mom had the home going she deserved. Dealing with the passing of a loved one is difficult, however the staff made sure the process to bury our mom was seamless. All aspects of the services were handled professionally and with the utmost respect. Jessica and Mr. Brown took great care of out moms body and she looked beautiful as if she was sleeping which gave us great comfort. And to top it off the B. E. Brown & Company Mortuary has a state of the art facility. The atmosphere is light, airy and very well decorated. My sisters and I were very pleased. Thank you Jessica and Mr. Brown for you care and professionalism during this difficult time. We highly recommend B. E. Brown & Company Mortuary to anyone in need of their services.
