Went in today to make a purchase. Bank sent me text stating purchase went through. Employee stated didn't go through and said its a glitch in there system and charged me again. Now I have 2 charges from bank. He said dont worry, only 1 will go through. This happens alot the other person said. So I have to have to holds on my bank due to there system glitch. Wont go back. Too many other places in area to go through. Very unprofessional I highly recommend going somewhere else to avoid this mess.

04-02-26 UPDATE- Sure enough, was charged twice, just like I said I was. Have to now make a trip back to location to try to get my refund. Your generic reply to my original message is unhelpful.

This has to be my favorite smoke shop now you can call me a regular now. I’m bout 15 mins away. I couldn’t find a good one until I found these guys! Everyone in there is super dope and chill and knowledgeable. My brother is autistic and he doesn’t smoke but he felt comfortable coming in with me. I hope to keep coming here till I move from Florida. Shout out to every worker in there being super nice and chill your guys recommendation for lost Mary has been my favorite vape! Gotta be careful when they giving you a deal, they have a point system in which you rack up points and get a discount. I always get the same 2 for $20 vapes. Today I used my $5 discount & it came out to more than the usual price, which didn’t make any sense. I let it rock because I’m not pressed for a couple dollars but i won’t be making no more transactions with this business. I’ll take the 20 min drive to my old spot. At least I’ll know I’m in good hands
