My wife got out of bed at 7 AM and stepped into ankle deep water in our bedroom, which is in our finished basement. Ben was on the job by 9 AM that same day and had the water removed by the afternoon. The basement flooded again a couple of days later and Ben was there to dry us out again. Ben and his team painstakingly restored our basement to it's original condition, all the while exhibiting the highest level of professionalism and customer service. We had an upstairs water heater fail and gallons of water suddenly started coming through a canned light in our first floor kitchen in May 2024. 😬 Thank goodness we were home at the time.

We called several companies to get quotes and chose Dry Tech. We were extremely happy and grateful for the professionalism and thoroughness and high quality work they provided for us to get us through several days of drying out our first floor ceiling and the floor upstairs. The price was fair and Ben was always very responsive and great to work with. He explained everything to us before and during the process.

Our sump pump stopped working and Ben came out at 1 in the morning to assess the damage and start getting everything dried out. They did an amazing job and they were out here everyday checking things and reassessing to make sure they were doing everything to mitigate the chances of getting mold. After five days they were done and had everything finished and put back together and I’m place. We couldn’t be happier with the prompt service and communication. Thanks Ben and Tim.

Could not be more impressed with Ben and the Dry Tech team. Initially hired them for restoration after a basement flood. Ended up also using them for further remediation as our previous remediation company failed to fully remediate. Professional, extremely communicative, and thorough every step of the way. Quote was either in the same ballpark or significantly lower than the handful other companies I had bid on the project. Fully recommend.
