Very good experience with Gurwinder and Red Cross. He was very educated on the topic and made it easy to understand. There were so many chances where we had the chance to interact with other trainees. I felt very comfortable and confident coming out of the training.

I recently completed my training with Fundamental First Aid, and I can't recommend them enough! Our instructor, Gurwinder, made the entire experience fantastic. He was incredibly fun and had a great, engaging way of teaching that kept everyone focused.
​Gurwinder explained all the information and processes clearly, making everything easy to understand. The practical, hands-on sessions were excellent and gave us the real confidence we needed. If you are booking a course through Fundamental First Aid, definitely look out for Gurwinder's classes!

I attended the Emergency First Aid + CPR C course in May 2026 with Fundamental First Aid Ltd and had a great experience. The course was packed with essential knowledge and practical hands-on learning. There is an online portion to complete before the in-class session, and I highly recommend taking the time to go through it carefully, as it makes the in-class learning much easier to follow and apply. The instructor was clear, engaging, and created a great learning environment with lots of practice and explanation. The facility was also well-equipped and comfortable for learning. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality First Aid + CPR training.

Great experience! I took my OFA 2 (intermediate first aid) with fundamental first aid and the instructor Maria was totally amazing! She was so informative, helpful, knowledgeable, and you could tell very experienced. After the 2 day course I feel a lot better being out in any of those scenarios we practiced or an emergency at work.

100% recommend doing this course (and hopefully with Maria too). :)

I just finished the Basic First Aid course at Fundamental First Aid and it was a really positive experience. The instructor explained everything clearly and kept the class engaging. I liked that we had plenty of hands-on practice and real-life examples, which made it feel practical and not overwhelming. Overall, it was well organized and definitely worth taking.
