After working a full day, he still drove all the way from Kitchener after hours to help get my truck back on the road. I had already bought a replacement part because I’d been told by others that it was the problem. Within minutes, he diagnosed the real issue and told me I didn’t even need the new part.
His knowledge, honesty, and willingness to help saved me both time and money. He had my truck running again in no time.

Lost my car key for an older Mazda while out of town in Kitchener. This locksmith came on a Saturday evening to where I was, and made new keys for me to get home. Over the winter, the key stopped working “perfectly” and the locksmith stopped by my house in London the next time he was in town to correct it. Amazing service by a very knowledgeable guy. But try not to lose your keys in the first place!!!
