Simply by listening to my concerns and assuring me with their professionalism and actions NOT just words. They made me feel as a NASCAR Driver with a SAFE Highway pace.

I’m gonna give it to Ken, the assistant manager is totally awesome. He goes above and beyond to help his employees learn and try to get jobs complete. He deserves a raise seems to be the only guy there that knows what he’s talking about and getting things done. Do not use this shop because southern tire Mart charges a two hour minimum for service calls. That is ridiculous. They’re just screwing the Drivers over in Shop wise. Please speak to Ken. He’s the best manager they have.

Well, they’re convenient for people. Inside were really helpful really nice. Awesome people to deal with the only problem I had watch your bill. I sold them my two casings and then they still charge me for disposal so they owe me $20.

I had my drive tires replaced at Southern Tire Mart. Mr.Ken was extremely helpful throughout the process and handled everything in a very professional and efficient manner. He clearly explained what needed to be done and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Great customer service and attention to detail. Thank you so much Ken!

Had to stop and get both of my steer tires replaced on my tractor. I went in and was immediately greeted by the manager “Nick”. The customer service that he and his staff gave was truly amazing they all were really great guys with such positive energy. This location has a high standard and as a owner operator driver this is how I would want my experience to go when getting work done on my truck…Great job Nick and staff thanks again for everything today..!
