Claudy went above and beyond in the name of customer service. She checked in with me to see if I was ready for a facial. I wanted a body scrub but it wasn’t on her services. I told her the last time I had one it wasn’t that great. She did some research and found one she felt good about and offered to provide the service as an add on to the facial. It was wonderful. Claudy is so kind and really just wants to take care of her people. Thank you Claudy, for the extra effort to make my experience perfect! 🤩

I treated myself to a bikini ax and a hydro facial for Valentine's. The bikini wax was quick and painless, I know hard to believe but Claudy's technique is impeccable. (maybe next time I'll go for the Brazilian) The hydro facial was a game changer, when I saw all the nasty stuff that came out of my face, I had so many mixed feelings, all this time I thought my skin was clean. Four days after and I still feel clean and light, I hardly wear make-up and after the facial I had the confidence of coming to work with moisturizing and sunblock alone.
