Unit is as described. I accidently rented two units, thought i stopped before I finalized the first time and started over. Called and they verified I had not moved into one of them and credited me with no issues. Customer service also helped me with a link to upload home owners policy so the renter insurance could be cancelled. Customer service was great. No complaints.

The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and willing to find us a nice storage unit. The place is very well maintained and the storage units are offered in a wide variety of sizing options
