Best Ulta I’ve ever been to! Two sales folks asked if I needed help. I was shy at first, but accepted J.T.’s help. J.T. was great: helped me with foundation and contour (so hard to deal with!) and made me laugh. I love this place! So much better than the Portland Ulta that usually looks like a hurricane has ripped through it. This Ulta was spotless and very well organized. Glad to have it closer to home.

This store is terrible do not go in. First I didn’t even get greeted when I walk in and I had to ask for help because the two girls who ever working were behind me the registers on their phones. The first girl I asked looked at me like I had five heads and passed it off to the other girl who had a little bit of an idea of what I was looking for. She then struggle to find an option for me. When I asked about the products and what the benefits of it were and what the ingredients were and how they worked on my skin she had no clue about any of it and had to look it up on her phone which is super unsafe in my opinion, especially when it comes to skincare since it can be very damaging. She didn’t even ask what type of skin that I had so didn’t even know if the products that she was recommending me would even actually work. The workers were also not friendly at all, and it was like I was inconveniencing them. The store needs to do better and trained their employees on their products and especially the skin care and what the ingredients do. For management I was in the store on on Sunday, June 14 At 5:30 PM. most likely will not be returning to the store ever do not recommend going in.

The store its self it’s so clean and organized but the cashier Braelyn was nasty and rude to multiple customers. She acted like she didn’t want to be working, I understand customer service can be stressful but her attitude was horrendous. I hope to get another cashier next time because she made me feel so uncomfortable for just purchasing 4 things….
