Connor was able to assess the cause of and repair two leaks (pex pipe, faucet fixture). I appreciated that he speculated about freezing temperatures affecting the leaks so I can take action to try to prevent further damage. He came the morning I called and was polite and friendly.

They came same day which was great!….however they charged me 500$ to replace a corroded bolt on my toilet tank, which only took them 4 minutes to replace… so that really felt like a rip off to me. They said they charge by the job and not by the hour so I asked if they can charge me the lowest flat rate they offer 300$), but they said no… not sure how replacing a corroded bolt is worth 500$

My kitchen faucet was leaking each time I used it. So, I picked Environmental Plumbing because they have a BBB A+ rating. Booking an appointment was a simple phone call that was answered promptly. The person I spoke with did a good job of assessing what my problem was, and arranged an appointment convenient to me. The plumber they sent, Greg, was fantastic. He was very professional, courteous, and considerate. Greg solved the issue in a couple of hours. This included getting a new faucet. The repair went much faster than expected. Based on my first experience with Environmental Plumbing, I would highly recommend them.

Both of my kitchen sinks were clogged. Nick was very kind and meticulous, I appreciated him checking multiple times to make sure the sink wasn't clogging and he also cleaned up after the work was done. I appreciated him informing me that I had 30 day service guaranteed and if the sink clogged again to call back.
