Happy is the best way to describe my experience at WOW DENTAL in San Jose. I had a teeth cleaning and crowns and bridges done, and Yunuen made the process so easy. The staff was friendly and professional, plus the prices were affordable. I would definitely recommend this clinic for anyone in need of dental services.

.Sorry, but I was not satisfied with their service. After the dental cleaning, they didn't even allow me to rinse my mouth with water. I had to ask if I could spit into the sink, which made me feel like I was expected to swallow blood and debris from my teeth. Eventually, I had to go to the restroom just to spit out the saliva in my mouth. They also didn't provide a protective bib or cover for my shirt collar in case any blood or saliva splashed onto my clothes. Overall, it seemed like they were rushing through the procedure rather than ensuring a comfortable and professional experience.

That said, the dentist was very nice and professional. My concern is mainly with the overall process and patient experience, which I believe could be improved.
