I normally don’t write detailed reviews, but after this experience I felt it was worth sharing. If you own a home in St. Petersburg or Seminole, especially in neighborhoods like Snell Isle, Old Northeast, Pasadena, Venetian Isles, Yacht Club Estates, or Bardmoor, don’t ignore small chimney or fireplace issues because they can become expensive fast. These guys at Mason Chimney Repair Saint Pete were professional from start to finish. They performed a thorough inspection, explained everything with photos, and never tried to upsell work that wasn’t necessary.

They repaired my chimney crown, replaced the chimney cap, serviced the fireplace damper, inspected the entire flue system, and made sure my gas fireplace was operating safely again. They also coordinated the plumbing connection for the gas line, making the whole project simple and stress-free.

What impressed me most was the attention to detail. Every question was answered, the work area was left spotless, and the fireplace drafts better than it has in years. You can tell they specialize in chimney repair, chimney leak repair, fireplace repair, gas fireplace service, chimney crown repair, chimney cap replacement, damper repair, and complete fireplace inspections.

If you’re looking for an honest company that actually understands older masonry chimneys as well as modern gas fireplace systems in St. Petersburg or Seminole, I highly recommend Mason Chimney Repair Saint Pete. Quality workmanship, excellent communication, fair pricing, and real peace of mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and neighbors.

We had Mason Chimney Repair out to our home in St. Petersburg (near Snell Isle) after noticing a leak around the chimney and some issues with our fireplace not drafting properly.

They showed up on time, did a full inspection of both the chimney and fireplace system, and explained everything clearly. They found problems with the chimney crown and flashing, and also checked the fireplace components and airflow to make sure everything was safe to use.

What I appreciated most — no pressure at all. Just honest recommendations and real solutions.

They completed the chimney repair, chimney cleaning (sweep), and fireplace adjustments in the same visit. Everything was sealed properly, and they made sure the fireplace was functioning correctly and safely before leaving.

The difference was immediate — no more leak, better draft, and everything feels much safer.

If you’re in St. Petersburg, Snell Isle, Shore Acres, or nearby Pinellas areas and need chimney repair, chimney sweep, or fireplace service, I’d definitely recommend Mason Chimney Repair. Professional, clean, and reliable.

We live a little more south but We hired Mason Chimney Repair St Pete for chimney repair and chimney cleaning at our Airbnb property near St. Pete Beach, and honestly the whole process was smooth.

They went through the entire system, showed exactly what was wrong with the airflow, and handled a full chimney sweep, cap install, and repairs in one visit. You can actually feel the difference right away — better draft and no more smell.

What I liked most:
Knew exactly how to handle gas fireplace + chimney setup
Clean work on the roof, no mess left behind
Showed before/after and explained everything in simple terms
Showed up on time and didn’t waste time

The property is at the Gulfport / St. Pete area, but they also cover Treasure Island, Seminole, Largo and nearby, which is great.

If you’re looking for chimney repair, chimney sweep, or gas fireplace service near St Pete, this is a solid company.

I had a great experience with Mason Chimney Repair St Pete. I live near Historic Old Northeast in St. Petersburg (33701) and noticed rust and water leaking around my chimney after the last storm. I called them for a chimney inspection and they quickly found the issue with the chimney cap and flashing.

They explained everything clearly and repaired the chimney the same week. The fireplace is now safe to use again and the draft is working perfectly. The technician also cleaned part of the flue and checked the liner to make sure everything was safe.

If you need chimney repair or fireplace repair in St Petersburg, especially around Snell Isle, Crescent Lake, Old Northeast, or Shore Acres, I definitely recommend Mason Chimney Repair. Professional, honest, and very knowledgeable about older chimney systems in St Pete homes.
