Went out of his way to help me and my partner on Good Friday even though he wasnt technically open yet. He told us it was not any trouble and that he was here to help anyways. We felt so cared for especially on a holiday when most everywhere was closed. The pharmacist was kind, helpful and patient with us in our time of need and we are thankful he was there!

Amazing team and pharmacist who cares more about your health than your money. Explains everything in detail and makes sure you leave knowing everything about your meds, how to take them, etc.

If you want an experience of what "good old fashion customer service" looks like, come to this store.
It will be well worth it, I promise! Mr Ho was so kind and courteous it actually took me by surprise I had forgotten what Canadians had been known for all over the world at one time, just being kind and caring. We dearly need more of this and not just for Christmas!

My husband has been using this pharmacy for a few years, and even after we moved out of the neighborhood, he goes out of his way because the customer service provided by this team is second to none. They are incredibly friendly and always do what they can to help. They are always happy to spend time on the phone or asking questions, and they have even be as nice to deliver a prescription when we were in a pinch. Wonderful people! Highly recommend.
