My transmission broke down on my 2008 Cadillac DTS and I took the car to Elite Auto Shop on Post Rd Bronx, NY where I met Adam owner of shop. He was very nice and assured me that they would do their best to repair my car. He was very patient waiting for my insurance claim to process, and kept me abreast of his communication with my insurance throughout this process What's unique about Elite is their no interest 12 months interest free to defer payment. This garage is huge and they are very nice guys who work with customers to make sure the job is complete. I highly recommend Elite Auto Shop for any mechanical and other vehicular issues and Adam made the entire process less stressful for me. Very nice and professional auto technicians. I run a local Adult Day Care with a fleet of 7 vans. Elite Auto is always happy and ready to help us with any maintenance needs we have! They are highly responsive, friendly and helpful. They have even assisted me with my personal vehicle as well!

They are what they promote and that is ELITE, Adam is very helpful, Knowledgeable and keeps you in the loop. I would recommend anyone to go here. They walk you through every step and concern you may have. Customer service is top notch and if i was able to i would give more then 5 stars

Exceptional customer service. Competitive and reasonably priced. The staff is professional, friendly and courteous. Adam is detailed and attentive; giving updates on repair diagnosis. He also recharged my battery during repair at no charge. He’s a great representation of what you would want from a grade A car maintenance repair shop. It's just a five star experience that I appreciate with Elite.

I cannot express my utmost gratitude about this business and staff. I was stuck at a local lube and car wash with an SUV that wouldn’t accelerate.
The lube & wash employees helped but it was not within their scope. My brother researched this business for me and was 100 on point. The owner, Adam, sent a tow truck to get my vehicle, and went the extra mile to send another staff to pick up my toddler and I. They quickly diagnosed my car on a late Saturday evening AFTER CLOSING Time!! Came in on their day off to fix my vehicle and had my car back by Monday morning. It surely was a stressful weekend, but Adam and his team did not disappoint. Extremely polite, helpful and diligent to my needs. I’d 100% recommend his team and business for all your auto repair needs. They will closely work with whatever your delay is and are extremely reasonable with costs! My daughter and I are very grateful to their attention to detail, recommendations for future needs for my vehicle and saving us and our car! Come give them a try for yourself!
