OUTSTANDING service and communication! I can't recommend them strongly enough. Jacob found the impossible sliding glass door lock compatible with my now no longer manufactured defunct lock. It took a fair amount of work to install as the size wasn't exact but he made it work. He saved me from having to replace the entire door!

Jacob went above and beyond! He spent hours helping me look for my FOB that was in my vehicle but lost and unfindable.

He was extremely patient, communicated, and reassuring during what was a stressful situation for me.
He met me at my work, to come program my new FOB. Explained to me, and kept me updated step by step. He gave me a reasonable deal that was competitive versus other quotes had received.

Professional, fast and reliable service.
Car want start on the parking lot . My car key fob was saying bad key and Jacob was able to fix it with a new key fob , reprogrammed for 10 minutes. Reasonable price $160 for all, total including service call and new key fob. Thanks
