Reviews are for future people, so hello future person!
Really unusual bad experiences are really unusual. I happened to have a really unusually bad experience when I visited this clinic. And you know what this Clinic did? The executive director came out to very, very sincerely apologize to me and promise that this would not happen again, even to other patients.
And I really, actually believed him.
It is rare to find professionals (or sometimes even normal people) who will change course to do something like that. Have you ever had a "I really don't like what's happening right now" conversation with someone and their response made you feel validated, encouraged, cared for, and respected? Cause that's what happened to me. And I value people who take their accountability, sincerely apologize to the people it matters to (e.g. me), and then do something about it.
Also they were totally competent when it came to the actual doctor-ing and medicine and hearing stuff.
So future people, since the director's promise was about the future of the practice, I review it with 5 stars. Because reviews are for future people, like you!
Definitely coming back next time I need audiology services. 100% recommend.

I had a recent appointment with Daniel J. Leeman, MD. He has a beautiful new office. The staff is polite and professional. The wait time was appropriate. Dr. Leeman was informative and nailed my diagnosis. He performed some vigorous maneuvers and cured my problem in short order. I would highly recommend this physician and his team

I had broken my nose and chose Dr. Leeman to fix it. The entire week before my surgery the billing people at his office harassed me to make sure I would pay the out of pocket expenses. It was already very stressful with a broken nose. The day of the surgery I waited 3 hours to get in. I don’t know how long the surgery lasted but they sent me home with the usual. For a week I convalesced at home at the first follow-up they saw I had an infection at a suture site on the bridge of my nose. They asked why I hadn’t taken antibiotics. I was never told to pick up antibiotics after my surgery and then when I started them the infection had swollen and filled with puss. They sent me home and told me to come back a week later. During that time my infection ruptured and left an open wound which I called about and the PAC told me the Dr said to keep it clean. I returned off the follow up and Dr Leeman cleaned and re-sutured my nose all without any numbing medication. I was visiting family in Texas so I had to leave. I flew home and saw my PCM to remove the sutures and he put me on more antibiotics. I had an open sore on top of my nose for three months. I went to an ENT here where I live and my implant inside had started to extrude! It’s been over six months and I’m still dealing with this. I have a horrible scar on my nose and it looks worse than when I broke it. I’m writing this because I’m angry that his billing staff keep hounding me to pay a bill my insurance has paid. They never call to inquire they simply text me with bills and pressure for payment. I do understand they must be paid but they should have followed up after I left town and they did not. They left it to me to figure out my own solution to this trauma. The nose is the first thing people see and I have serious anxiety over the way mine looks. I will say that my breathing is better than ever so there is a good side to this. I’m grateful to be able to breathe well.

Kind and helpful staff! I was lost at the beginning since Apple maps directed me to a fire station but thanks to the front desk help I was able to find my way! As for my doctor, very detailed and focused on my issue. I felt comfortable and at ease during this visit! Would 100% recommend this office for the smooth processing and helpful staff :)

From November 6 to December 6 of 2024 I was in the hospital because I had a mass growing on my pituitary gland so I had to get it taken out by going through my nostrils and breaking the bone to my skull so my neurologist could scoop out their mass. I also had Dr. Leeman assisting him and his job was to patch the bone area that was taken out back together, so there wouldn’t be any spinal fluid leakage. That was not the case he had failed to patch up that area and so for weeks I was suffering by choking on spider fluid leakage. It took so long to get out of the hospital because I had to wait on his schedule and apparently he wasn’t available for weeks. Then he went on Thanksgiving break probably got to sleep soundly in his original bed while I laid in the hospital for Thanksgiving in pain and wondering when he would come back to fix the problem what I went through at 23 years old was unacceptable. He has no bedside manners and is a smart ass two things. I remember him doing is one. I was going to get the packaging removed and as I’m in the operating room, I see him reading a manual and asked the nurses near me. How do I work? This thing that is not something a doctor especially a good doctor should saying. Secondly I asked a question because I had thought he had done the packaging right in my nose so I asked him what happens if I sneeze his remark was just don’t. Personally, I would not recommend anyone to Dr. Leeman!

I had been experiencing discomfort for more than five years and had seen several ENTs. Dr. Leeman was the only one who took me seriously and gave me the treatment I needed. He and his office (PA Matthew Poole) made sure I was prepared for surgery and knew what to expect for recovery. Front desk kind and helpful. They’re all great! I’ve dealt with lots of doctors and few practices are this well put together top to bottom. Good experience and I’m very grateful!

Great nurses & surgeons. Gave me good care and made me feel at ease as I was extremely nervous the days leading up to surgery. Nothing to fear though, they will take great care of you, inform you on everything and are very professional and courteous. Wish me a speedy recovery please and thank you!! And Thank you to Dr. Leeman, his nurses and staff, for taking such great care!! Highly recommend
