Stopped by this vape and cigar shop recently and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to help me find what I was looking for without making me feel rushed. Huge selection of vapes (Flavor Beast, Lost Mary, Geek bar), cigars, and accessories, plus the shop was clean and well organized. Prices were fair (by 2, get 1 1/2 off deal) and the overall vibe was welcoming and relaxed. Definitely one of the better smoke shops around — I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you!

Madison was super helpful and helping me find a vape, and other supplies for my valentine. I love the smoke shop. I always come here for my needs. I would recommend others in the area to come here. They are very accommodating. Madison made these Valentine’s Day goodie baskets super cute!

This is the best smoke and cigar shop in Watauga area. Staff here was very friendly and welcoming from the start! Love the cozy environment. Would say they offer a wide variety of vapes from Foger , Flavor Beast, Lost Mary, Geek bar and way more items that me and my brother love to try it out. They have a good collection premium cigars! The best vape shop in the watauga area! And don't forgot to sign-up the loyalty program. You get tons of deals and discounts just fyi 😉

Finding this shop out in Watauga was extremely easy peasy and I thoroughly enjoyed the vibes. The staff member that helped us was super chill, friendly, and extremely helpful! He helped me get signed up with their loyalty plan, too, so I was able to save a bit of money. Their variety of pre-rolls and glassware is MASSIVE and I plan to try and come back around to pick up some more goodies if I'm ever back in this part of Texas! Plus, there's a pool table right when you walk in!! Like whaaat? Best shop ever, hands down!

Customer service is 10/10, the 1st impression is as soon as you walk in the door they always greet ya. They actually listen to your needs and wants, place is very clean. They have fair pricing on their products and most of their stuff is great.

Update. They always make it right with not hard time!

This is my third time buying a vape from this smoke shop, and I’ve also tried other products here. Unfortunately, the quality hasn’t held up. I bought the gold vape pen and it stopped working in less than 6 days. Today, just 15 minutes ago, I bought the blue one, and after just two hits, the bottom stopped working.

If you want positive reviews, the products you sell need to be reliable and good quality. I really wanted to support this place, but this keeps happening.
