I have ordered a couple of sets of books from here. The last batch I ordered were missing 2 books. I contacted them and got ahold of a Brandi Hurley. She got the missing books shipped right to me and kept in communication with me via email throughout the entire process. I was very satisfied with the results and would order through them again.

Brandi was very accommodating. My access expired less than a month before my exam was scheduled and I really needed the be able to access the practice exam. She kindly extended my access at no charge. Everyone at 1Exam has been very helpful and kind. I highly recommend them if you’re ever in need of a company that specializes in courses and supplies for trades licensing. Thank you, Brandi and team!

I’m so grateful for Brandi in customer service. She was incredible in helping me navigate everything I needed. She helped me get the courses I needed and verified which books I already had, what needed to be updated right away, and what I still had time to use. I truly appreciate all of her help and guidance, she was a blessing!

We used 1exam prep for exam prep as well as license application assistance. Both systems work great! They are very responsive to questions and are very attentive and thorough with the whole application process. I highly recommend. We will definitely use them for other licensing down the road.

Moises was great to work with. He was easy to deal with, responded to my emails right away, and handled business whenever it needed to be done. He guided me through every step of the licensing process and made everything smooth and stress-free.

For all contractor needs, I highly recommend One Exam Prep.

What a great team. They prepared me so much for the state plumbing license. I was able to pass both business and finance and plumbing on the first take. Chris had been awesome with helping me through the process to now activate my license. Would definitely recommend anyone to Chris for 1 Exam Prep. Thanks again Chris for all your hard work and support.

I've been a GC in other states and I connected with 1Exam Pro to help in becoming licensed in Florida.
Having taken other states' exam prep courses, I can say that 1Exam Pro is head and shoulders over them. The attention to detail and wise consultation is making the process one that is both practical and doable.
Amanda Williams is so wonderful!
Highly recommended.
