We had to arrange financing for construction of a new home. Dustin went absolutely above and beyond to help us. His wealth of experience, connections within the industry, and creative thinking helped us structure a really competitive new mortgage. Even with a non-standard income source, Dustin knew exactly what the bank would need, and was with us every step of the way. Dustin was extremely knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with mortgages and rates. He was able to secure a better rate than I could get through any bank and was also very helpful with getting all the payments and lines of credit sorted out. Dustin was always accessible to answer questions, patient when complex issues were being discussed, and results focused when tight timelines needed to be met. I I highly recommend using Dustin as his professionalism made my first mortgage broker experience an extremely good one!
