Liquid Assets has no concept of customer care or consideration. They came over to fix my pool heater replace some wiring that rats had chewed the heater worked for about two days and then stopped working again after the arduous task of getting them to come back out he said I would need a new computer circuit board, but we just recommended buying a whole new heater… My heater was just over two years old. After attempting contact for weeks, Liquid Assets finally sent me a quote for the circuit board, but had no idea about delivery timeframe. I approved ordering the part… And over the idea several weeks I attempted to check on the part my Phone calls and text went unanswered. In the interim, I contacted Liquid Assets with a pump problem as well… I was told they would get back to me, but they never did. I contacted another dealer to move forward with the project and the part is actually about $350. A total lack of customer service and 400% markup on parts… I highly discourage utilizing this company..

Last year the company had a young man who was fantastic at keeping our pool clean. He left for another position around end of last summer and they hired someone who doesn't take good care of our pool. Green and/or cloudy pools are not good service from a pool company to me. I wish them well but will NEVER do business with them again.
1:00pm Don't appreciate you calling me a "Karen". There's nothing wrong with my pool equipment. I've gotten rid of my problem, which was your company. You're just can't stand an honest review.

Never would I recommend this company, Scott upsold us on a pool heater/chiller that doesn't work, and we have now learned it wouldn't work for our pool, all Scott cared about was they upsale, techy gadgets. We have called and ask them to get it working, Scott wouldn't call or stop over. Now he is saying he told us this wouldn't work for us-

Had several pool companies come out to give estimates on fixing my pool. I was not happy with what they were suggesting they were over charging and were unsure if it would fix the problem I had. Scott was referred to me by a friend and he said to call Scott's pool service and no matter what the problem you have they could fix it right and give you a fair price. After coming to the house he immediately figured the problem out and quickly fixed the issue at as fair price. He was very professional and did excellent work and is the most knowledgeable pool expert I have every talked to and believe me having pools most of my life I know about how they work and the majority of pool companies I have dealt with they act like you know nothing and always try to upsell you on things you don't need. Scott fixed only what was broken and suggested things I could save money on in the future. He is now my only pool service I will ever deal with. Scott thanks for all the information and the honesty. Highly recommend this company.

2 days ago my pool was darker green than the grass. I went in and he grabbed some chemicals and wrote down when to add what. I have a little more chemicals to add to balance it out. Nothing but positive things to say, and he knows his stuff.
