This real estate company operates as a predator would seeking out who they may devour and destroy! I have asked over and over to stop the blind solicitation. For decades there have been real estate companies to provide this service without the predatory stalking. I own my home I will own my home and the day that I decide to sell it I know how to reach out to an agent to do so. Again I am telling you to stop sending me this solicitation and the blind phone call. It is my hope that legislation would finally be passed to stop this predatory purchasing and lending it is absurd that someone would gain a license to stalk the elderly the voiceless and the vulnerable. If you are indeed worth your salt go out and find people who are selling this solicitation as it is predatory in all its forms!

I recently needed to sell my elderly Mother’s home in Louisville. It was not in very good condition and needed a lot of work. Angus and his team gave us a very good price for the home and were absolutely great to work with. From start to finish Angus knocked this property out of the park. Really enjoyed working with him & The Sisters. Most of the paperwork was done on-line and it was very secure. I would recommend letting The sisters sell your property, they gave me a very fair deal, didn’t have to go back forth negotiating. Thank you so much for getting this house within 2-3 weeks time.
