Puff City is honestly one of the best smoke shops around. They have a huge selection of vapes and flavors, plus all the other stuff you’d expect from a smoke shop. Every time I go in, they actually help me find what I’m looking for instead of just pointing at a wall.

Prices are fair, the shop is clean, and the vibe is super chill. It doesn’t feel awkward walking in, which I appreciate. Definitely my go to spot when I need anything vape related.

Puff City is hands-down one of the best smoke shops in Milpitas. They’re open late, which is super convenient, and they have a huge selection of products, so you can usually find exactly what you’re looking for without hopping from store to store.

What really sets this place apart is the amazing customer service. Meero, Bill, and Med are all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They take the time to answer questions, make solid recommendations, and make every visit feel welcoming — whether you’re a regular or it’s your first time stopping by.

Great prices, chill atmosphere, and top-tier service. Highly recommend Puff City if you’re in the area.

I really liked the store—there's a large selection of hookahs, flavors, vapes, and accessories. The prices are good, the staff is friendly and helpful in finding what you need. The store is clean, and everything is neatly arranged. I'll definitely be coming back!
