Highly recommended - this amazing group of people made my 96-year-old Dad feel comfortable and valued during an emergency visit for a tooth extraction. The attention and kindness they lavished on my Dad warmed my heart and made a difficult day much easier. They couldn't have been more patient and explained everything to both of us. What a great team!

Northern Pines Dental has truly been a game changer for me and my kids. I used to be absolutely terrified of the dentist, but since finding them, I’ve been able to go willingly and get all my dental work done. My kids feel completely comfortable with everyone there, and the team has been incredible at understanding my fears and working with me through them. I honestly couldn’t give Northern Pines Dental enough praise.

I visited Northern Pines Dental today and it was my first time visiting there and my LAST.

My appointment was for 2:30pm, I arrive at 2:15 to fill out any forms, I get to the desk and the receptionist ignores me and doesn't acknowledge I'm there, a kind dental assistant seen me and gave me the form.

I got in the room around 2:35 and sat there waiting for simple teeth X-rays for over 45 mins... the doctor didn't even come into the room till 3:18pm... I simply told the dentist that I would like to cancel my appointment because I just waited 45mins and I was done and fed up of waiting for something simple, they had multiple assistants ruining around that couldn't help? The assistant that seated me came around 3:06pm to come ask how I was doing and left again....they gave me a quite vulgar tone like a "really?" Tone and didn't offer to rebook or make it right in any way.

Fast forward to me getting in my vehicle I can see the receptionist tilt her head and appear out the window to my vehicle which I could only assume it was to gossip to other staff about me.

If you value your time and want a dentist that'll actually see you for your designated appointment time, go somewhere else and get better care and service. Thanks for reading my review.

Dr. Salma and his team are all amazing! I have been going there for over two years and have had a lot of dental work done and have had nothing but positive experiences each and every time I go. Dr.Salama and his assistance have always went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I have nothing but good to say about the whole team and definitely let’s not forget about his hygienist (Jessie) also excellent positive and professional. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else! I highly recommend!
