Doctor Nancy Shaver is wonderful. She is patient and gentle and explained and ruled out all the root causes of his cough and cold one by ine and diagnosed the croup cough perfectly and his symptoms are immediately gone with one dose of medicine she provided.

Had an appointment at 1:45 pm that was scheduled two months prior, showed up 2 minutes late due to traffic, another 2 minutes to wait for elevator to get to correct floor, and one minute to complete the questionnaire via phone link. It was only 5 minutes AND I spoke to the desk and she even said it’s okay finish by 2PM! I finished before 2pm and waited. 2:30 pm goes by and I hear the girls talking behind the desk whispering that I was extremely late and their system didn’t register properly and due to those reasons that they were gonna have me wait longer. Then one comes out from the desk to me and says “because we are behind and you were EXTREMELY late to showing up we need to reschedule you.” I did repeat that I was only 5 minutes late and that I had already waited. There were only 7 people in the giant waiting room. Terrible customer service. Lied to my face and then tried to play it off. I will never recommend anyone to go here. Life happens, traffic gets tricky, a baby at home needs one last comfort, a flat tire appears, someone blocks you in, etc. I am truly saddened and still in pain but I’ll go find somewhere else that will show more honesty and care to patients.

If you care about your health or wellbeing DONT come to this clinic!!!! I repeat DONT come to this place! The doctors here don’t care about your wellbeing they just want to give you medicine and that’s all. My 9 month old baby was really sick so I brought her in and the doctor said oh she’s fine just give her Tylenol and she’ll be fine but nope the next day i took her to the Emergency Room she was really really sick!!! We stayed in the hospital almost a whole week!! Please don’t come so this place!! Especially if you have little ones.

Excellent and professional care for my daughter here. Canned for a vax and my daughter didn’t hardly feel it at all. All staff was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Front and back office were great👍🏻

Me and my son has been coming to Mountain Park for years and I love the place. The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and actually take the time to listen to my concerns, which has really helped me improve my overall health. The staff is friendly, and I always feel comfortable in their care. Highly recommended!"

Canceled on us 2-3 appointments in a row. (Doctor was sick) Then tried to say it was because our insurance had lapsed and they couldn’t verify. Ran the most recent insurance card approved earlier that week. They said nope I need to call my provider. Had to call insurance company. They verified never had a lapse in insurance at any point. Provider had to call them. Then they told me sorry they verified my card on the wrong portal. Few days an hours lost back and forth.

Very good! I just don't like the fact that they wouldn't let me back there with my daughter, to at least see wat was going on & wat work they were going to be doing..... Maybe they need to work on that. Sum parents nay not agree, but I would like to know wats going on with my child.

I recently accompanied my sister to her ultrasound appointment, and the experience was deeply disturbing.
The ultrasound provider, Alla, made multiple racist and inappropriate comments, apparently assuming we were white (we look Caucasian). Hearing those remarks in a medical setting was shocking and completely unprofessional.
No patient—or family member—should ever be subjected to biased or discriminatory comments while receiving care. This experience left us uncomfortable and upset, and it seriously impacted our trust in this practice.
I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training and accountability.
