Alexis is engaging and has relationships with all the executives at the different facilities and presented well‑researched recommendations. Alexis made the entire placement process pleasant and easy. If I had a question or needed information, she always got right back to me. If you need an advocate or care agent for independent, skilled nursing or memory care, I will strongly recommend her to anyone navigating senior‑care choices.

Gigi was the best. She made you feel like you were family not a customer. She worked endlessly to help us find the best place for my sister-in-law who had dementia. Trust me it was not an easy task. She even kept in touch with me to see how she was doing at the facility we chose. So, thank you Gigi for all your patience and understanding.

Gigi was a lifesaver in helping my dad get into his new assisted living center! No way possible I could have done it all on my own. 200% supportive from start to finish in helping identify places based on his specific health related needs and financial ability. Once we found a place, was able to help with the logistics in between rehab and assisted living to get him discharged in a timely manner. Will absolutely recommend Gigi with Care Patrol! She is truly compassionate and goes above and beyond with the help provided

I was referred to Alexis and Care Patrol of Melbourne by an Elder Care Lawyer. We were desperate to find my father an assisted living facility within our budget and distance. Alexis called me immediately. We set up a patient intake call the next day. She immediately went to work and within a day had a few options for us to look at. She met us at the facilities to guide us through the tour. She was an absolute God-send. My dad is now in a facility we are very happy with and one that is within our budget. I couldn't have done this without Alexis. She rocks!

I have worked in the senior industry for over 25 years in Brevard County, Florida. When it became time for me to place a loved one, I panicked and was guilt-stricken while trying to hold down a very demanding job in the Skilled Nursing arena. I reached out to CarePatrol - Alexis Gragg - she is co-owner and the COO - I knew she knew the county - her business and was more compassionate to my needs than anyone else. Everyone wanted to tell me what to do and how. I needed a caring, well-informed individual to keep me on track to find a safe, clean, and loving facility for my Auntie. Alexis showed up for my family and me - she spoke with Auntie, my adult children, and other family members - to include placement options in Ohio. I honestly was wrecked and torn that I could not take care of Auntie myself - I needed the caring and informed support, which is precisely what Alexis gave me. Alexis found a beautiful private studio at The Brookshire - she has had her pulse on all the improvements, especially staffing, and I trusted her implicitly. My Aunt settled in quickly and has become quite comfortable and one of the staff's new favorites. She has always been the fun Aunt - with no kids of her own - after my Mom passed, Auntie became the matriarch of myself and five sisters. I have Peace knowing she is well cared for and where she needs to be, here in Florida. Thank you, Alexis, for holding me together by working your placement magic when I could not find the words or the strength. But more so for taking care of my aunt's physical and financial budget needs. Your patience, intelligence, and grace are commendable. Thank you from my whole heart!
