Needed an oil change done and they were able to squeeze me in on short notice, which I really appreciated. Included with the oil change, they also did a full check over/diagnostic on my car to make sure everything was in good shape and let me know what parts and areas were still good and what may need attention in the future. They gave me a full printout with all the details, including a breakdown of any parts that may need replacing and the estimated total cost, which was really helpful and transparent. The staff were super friendly, honest, and helpful the whole time. Great service and a great experience overall. Highly recommend!

Can We Talk About Brakes & Rotors, Bearings & Axle Assemblies …
Don’t get scared when you see a high bill for services rendered and labour performed, because if you have a tall order, the labour WILL be intense. Seems they don’t ever make anything in cars easy to access … if they did, you’d be doing the work yourself, right?
Long gone are the days when my husband was under the car on his back with a ratchet in his hand.
These guys know so much about every vehicle & they have the proper equipment on hand, (what’s in your garage? Not that specialized tool I imagine.)
Water St Auto has it all – the tools AND the staff! The mechanics are super efficient, so you’re NOT paying more than what the job requires. Best take away … when I drive away, I am confident my old car will take me where I want to go safely. I am paying for a job well done. These guys are my heroes.

I've been bringing my car here for about 3 years now. Everyone on the team is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, they always take the time to answer my questions and explain what's going on with my vehicle.

Over the past year, I've had quite a few issues come up, and they've been great about fixing the urgent stuff and letting me know what can wait. I really appreciate their honesty and efficiency!

Nice to have a good mechanic close to home. I took my Kia in for the brakes and the assessment was accurate and estimate was reasonable. Work was completed on time and well done. I moved here 2 years ago and had used the same mechanic for 20 years in my previous area. I am comfortable with this group and the honesty and integrity they have shown.

Good guys, honest pricing, you can trust them. Helped me out with a repair needed for Winter Visibility. I brought what I thought we would need for the repair as it was a difficult part to find and a different part was actually needed after diagnosis. They themselves took the time to go get this part at a local dealership and still complete the repair the same day. That’s good old fashioned customer service and care.

I needed to store my summer tires and they had space for them. My initial phone call was met with a polite customer service gentleman. Their excellent customer service continued when I dropped my tires off. The showroom was very well organized and extremely clean as were the repair bays. I could see the tires lined up on racks instead of disappearing into an outdoor Sea Can. They definitely value customers and I recommend them.

Today was my first time visiting Water Street Auto. From calling to schedule an appointment same day to entering the building I was greeted with great customer service. Mike, the Service Advisor, was friendly, communicated professionally about various tire options for my 2017 Kia Forte EX. He took his time explaining why he recommend specific brands and answering my questions. I walked away end of day with a new set of tires on my car and an alignment. What a difference! I feel safer in my vehicle and ready for winter. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for auto service. Ask for Mike!
